Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 3 August 2011 after 5.00 p.m. for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, KCK CorpServe Pte Ltd, of 333 North Bridge Road #08-00, KH KEA Building, Singapore 188721 up to 5.00 p.m. on 3 August 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the proposed Final and Special Dividends. Members whose securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited credited with shares of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 August 2011 will be entitled to the abovementioned proposed dividends.
