NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 10 January 2012 and be re-opened on 11 January 2012 for the purpose of determining Shareholders’ entitlements to the special dividend of 30 Singapore cent per ordinary share (tax-exempt one-tier) for the financial year ending 31 December 2011 (“Special Dividend”). Registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 10 January 2012 will be registered before entitlements to the Special Dividend are determined.
