| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Far East Group Limited (the “Company”) will be closed at 5.00 pm on 15 May 2012 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the final (one-tier tax exempt) dividend of 1.05 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 (the “Final Dividend").
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 15 May 2012 (the “Books Closure Date”) will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the Final Dividend.
Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 15 May 2012 will be entitled to the Final Dividend.
The Final Dividend will be paid on or about 25 May 2012.
