NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Book and the Register of Members of Enviro-Hub Holdings Ltd (the "Company") will be closed on 19 June 2012 for the purpose of preparing dividend warrants in respect of a first and final tax-exempt (1-tier) dividend of S$0.003 per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2011. Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 18 June 2012 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the said dividend. The dividend, which was approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27 April 2012, will be paid on 29 June 2012.
