Further to the Financial Statements and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2012 made on 27 February 2013, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the final dividend of 0.5 cents per ordinary share (tax exempt on-tier) will be paid on 20 May 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 April 2013. Notice is hereby given that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 8 May 2013 for the preparation of dividend warrants.
