An interim tax-exempt (1-tier) cash dividend of 0.35 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2013 will be paid on 25 April 2013. The Share Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 12 April 2013 for the preparation of dividend payment. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower, #32-01, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 11 April 2013 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the interim dividend.
