NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to the shareholders' approval of the payment of a tax-exempt (1-tier) final dividend of 1.01 cents per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2013 (the "Dividend") at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 July 2013, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 1 August 2013 for the purpose of determining members entitlements to the proposed Dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (a business division of Tricor Singapore Pte. Ltd.) of 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898, up to 5.00pm on 31 July 2013 will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. In respect of shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the Dividend to holders of the securities accounts.
