NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of C & O Pharmaceutical Technology (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 9 November 2011 for the purpose of determining Members’ entitlements to the final dividend to be proposed at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of the Company received by the Company’s Singapore Share Transfer Agent, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 8 Cross Street, #11-00 PWC Building, Singapore 048424 up to 5.00 pm on 8 November 2011 will be registered to determine Members’ entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd. are credited with shares in the Company at 5.00 pm on 8 November 2011 will be entitled to the proposed dividend. Payment of the final dividend, if approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 31 October 2011, will be made on 25 November 2011.
