NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 1 September 2011 and be re-opened on 2 September 2011 for the purpose of determining Shareholders’ entitlements to the interim dividend of 0.5 Singapore cent per ordinary share (tax-exempt one-tier) for the financial year ending 31 December 2011 (“Interim Dividend”). Registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 1 September 2011 will be registered before entitlements to the Interim Dividend are determined.
