The proposed final dividend of 1 cent per ordinary share (1-tier) and special dividend of 0.2 cent per ordinary share (1-tier), if approval at the AGM to be held on 18 April 2012, will be paid on 8 May 2012. Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from 25 April 2012 after 5.00 p.m. to 26 April 2012 (both dates inclusive). Duly completed transfers of shares received by the Company’s Share Registrar, M&C Services Private Limited at 138 Robinson Road, #17-00 The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906, up to 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2012 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed dividend. Members whose securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2012 will be entitled to the abovementioned proposed dividend.
