NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2012 and be re-opened on 11 May 2012 for the purpose of determining Shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed final dividend of 1 Singapore cent per ordinary share (tax-exempt one-tier) for the financial year ended 31 December 2011 (“Final Dividend”). Registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower, #32-01, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2012 will be registered before entitlements to the Final Dividend are determined. The Final Dividend, if approved by Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 25 May 2012.
