| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 21 February 2014 for the purpose of determining the entitlements of the Companys shareholders (Shareholders) to an interim dividend of 1 cent per ordinary share (Interim Dividend).
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Companys Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, 50 Raffles Place Singapore Land Tower #32-01 Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 21 February 2014 will be registered to determine entitlements to the said dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 21 February 2014 will be entitled to such dividends.
Payment of the dividend will be made on 4 March 2014.
