FootnotesNotice is hereby given that subject to shareholders' approval being obtained for the proposed first and final dividend (one-tier tax exempt) of 20 cents per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2013, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 May 2014, for the preparation of dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Messrs Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services at 80 Robinson Road #02-00 Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 p.m. on 8 May 2014 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the proposed dividend. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 8 May 2014, will also be entitled to the proposed dividend.

The proposed dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 April 2014, will be paid on 20 May 2014.
