Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s share transfer agent, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte Ltd at 3 Anson Road #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 22 November 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed dividend. In respect of shares in securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), the said interim dividend will be paid by the Company to the CDP which in turn distributes the dividend entitlements to holders of shares in accordance with its practice
