NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of CFM Holdings Limited (the "Company") will be closed on 2 December 2010, for the purpose of determining the shareholders' entitlement to the Final Dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of shares of the Company received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 2 December 2010 will be registered to determine entitlements to the Final Dividend. In respect of ordinary shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Final Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will in turn distribute the Final Dividend to holders of the securities accounts. The Final Dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2010 will be paid on 13 December 2010.
