| Footnotes | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Sky One Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed from 26 November 2010 after 5.00 p.m. to 29 November 2010, for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to a interim dividend of 0.15 Singapore cent per share in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2011.
Duly stamped and completed transfers in respect of shares in the Company received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 26 November 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP") are credited with shares of the Company up to 5.00 p.m. on 26 November 2010 will be entitled to the said interim dividend. In this respect, the said interim dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the dividend to holders of the securities accounts.
The proposed dividend will be paid on 14 December 2010.
