NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 8 September 2010 for the purpose of determining Members’ entitlements to the Dividends to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 31 August 2010. Duly completed registrable transfer of shares in the Company (the “Shares”) received up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 7 September 2010 by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (A division of Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd) at 8 Cross Street, #11-00 PWC Building, Singapore 048424, will be registered to determine Members’ entitlements to such Dividends. Subject to the aforesaid, Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with the Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 7 September 2010 will be entitled to such proposed Dividends. The Scrip Dividend Scheme if approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 31 August 2010 will be applicable to the proposed Dividends. The dividend payment date will be announced at a later date.
