Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Register and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 1 September 2010 at 5.00 pm to 2 September 2010 (both dates inclusive), for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlement to the Company’s interim tax exempt (one-tier) dividend of S$0.032 per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2010 (“Interim Dividend”) to be paid on 14 September 2010.

Duly completed registrable transfers of ordinary shares received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services of 8 Cross Street, #11-00 PWC Building, Singapore 048424, up to 5.00 pm on 1 September 2010, will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the Interim Dividend. Depositors whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Company’s ordinary shares as at 5.00 pm on 1 September 2010 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend.
