Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., 3 Anson Road, #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 27 August 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the 1st interim dividend. In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd ("CDP"), the 1st interim dividend will be paid by the Bank to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the securities accounts.
