NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 1 September 2010 after 5.00 p.m. to 2 September 2010 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to a second interim dividend of 0.5 cent per ordinary share. Duly stamped and completed transfers in respect of shares in the Company received by the Company’s Share Registrar, KCK CorpServe Pte. Ltd., 333 North Bridge Road KH KEA Building #08-00, Singapore 188721 up to 5.00 p.m. on 1 September 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the said second interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP") are credited with shares of the Company up to 5.00 p.m. on 1 September 2010 will be entitled to the said second interim dividend. In this respect, the said second interim dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the dividend to holders of the securities accounts.
