The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Portek International Limited (the “Company”) refers to the Full Year Results Announcement for the year ended 30 June 2010 released on 23 August 2010 and wishes to announce the following revised dates applicable for the final dividend of 2.572 cents per ordinary share, tax exempt under the Singapore one-tier corporate tax system, if such dividend is approved at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 October 2010. NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Transfer Book and the Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 November 2010 for the purpose of preparing dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, at 8 Cross Street #11-00, PWC Building, Singapore 048424 up to 5.00 p.m. on 8 November 2010 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the proposed dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5 p.m. on 8 November 2010 will be entitled to the proposed dividends. The final dividend of 2.572 cents per ordinary share, tax exempt under the Singapore one-tier corporate tax system, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 19 November 2010.
