Registrable transfers received by the Company’s Registrars, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place #32-01, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5:00 pm on 29 November 2010 will be registered before entitlements to the proposed first and final tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend are determined.
