Notice is hereby given that, subject to the shareholders’ approval of the payment of the abovementioned dividend at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the share transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 11 May 2011 on which day no share transfer will be effected. Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s share transfer agent, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte Ltd at 3 Anson Road #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the proposed dividend. In respect of shares in securities accounts with the Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), the said final dividend will be paid by the Company to the CDP which in turn distributes the dividend entitlements to holders of shares in accordance with its practice.
