NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 21 February 2011 on which day no share transfer will be effected. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte. Ltd. of 3 Anson Road, #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 18 February 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the interim dividend. Payment of the dividend will be made on 2 March 2011. In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with the CDP, the interim dividend will be paid by the Bank to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the securities accounts.
