NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 p.m. on 2 August 2011 (the “Books Closure Date”) up to (and including) 3 August 2011 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the first and final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2011 (“FY11 Dividend”). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on the Books Closure Date will be registered before entitlements to the FY11 Dividend are determined. Shareholders (being Depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with Shares as at the Books Closure Date will rank for the FY11 Dividend. The Company has announced the application of The Hour Glass Limited Scrip Dividend Scheme to the FY11 Dividend. Details are set out in a separate announcement dated 15 July 2011. The FY11 Dividend will be paid on or about 15 September 2011.
