NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 8 August 2011 for the purpose of determining Members’ entitlements to a tax exempt (one-tier) interim dividend of 0.55 cent per ordinary share in respect of the financial results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2011. (the “Interim Dividend”). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, 138 Robinson Road, #17-00 The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906 by 5.00 p.m. on 5 August 2011 will be registered to determine Members’ entitlements to the Interim Dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 5 August 2011 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 19 August 2011.
