| Footnotes | Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 12 May 2014 for purposes of determining members entitlements to the tax exempt (one-tier) final dividend of SGD 1.42 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2013 (the Proposed Final Dividend).
Duly completed and stamped transfers in respect of shares not registered in the name of The Central Depository (Pte) Limited, together with all relevant documents of title thereto, received by the Companys Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. 9 May 2014 will be registered before members entitlements to the Proposed Final Dividend are determined.
Shareholders (being the depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2014 will be entitled to the Proposed Final Dividend.
Subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, payment of the Proposed Final Dividend will be made on 22 May 2014.
