Duly completed registrable transfers of ordinary shares received by the Companys Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services of 80 Robinson Road #02-00, Singapore 068898, up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2014, will be registered to determine shareholders entitlement to the Proposed Final Dividend.

Depositors whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the Companys ordinary shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2014 will be entitled to the Proposed Final Dividend.

(Note: Wilmar wishes to make reference to the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Full Year ended 31 December 2013 attached to its SGX announcement no. 127 released on 20 February 2014 at 6.37 p.m. Wilmar wishes to clarify that the amount of proposed final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend per share as stated in paragraph one of Item 11(e) should be S$0.055 per share instead of S$0.04 per share.)
