NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to Shareholders’ approval for the proposed first and final dividend of 6 cents tax exempt (one-tier) dividend per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2012, the Register of Transfers and Register of Members will be closed from 9 May 2013 to 10 May 2013, both days inclusive, for the purpose of determining Shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed dividend.
