Further to the Financial Statements and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2010 made on 28 February 2011, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the final dividend of 0.5 cents per ordinary share (tax exempt one-tier) will be paid on 24 May 2011, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 April 2011. Notice is hereby given that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 May 2011 for the preparation of dividend warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, 50 Raffles place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 pm on 9 May 2011, will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the final dividend.
