NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the share transfer books and register of members of the Company will be closed on 19 May 2011 on which day no share transfer will be effected. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s share registrar in Singapore, Intertrust Singapore Corporate Services Pte. Ltd., 3 Anson Road, #27-01 Springleaf Tower, Singapore 079909 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 18 May 2011 will be registered to determine Singapore shareholders’ entitlements to the final dividend. In respect of ordinary shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd (“CDP”), the final dividend will be paid by the bank to CDP which will, in turn, distribute the dividend to holders of the securities accounts. Duly completed registrable transfers accompanied with the relevant share certificates received by the Company’s share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, Rooms 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong by no later than 4.30 p.m. on 18 May 2011 will be registered to determine Hong Kong shareholders’ entitlements to the final dividend. Payment of the dividend, if approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 April 2011 will be made on 2 June 2011.
