Further to the Financial Statements and Dividend Announcement for the year ended 31 December 2010 made on 25 February 2011, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the final dividend of 9 cents per ordinary share (tax exempt one-tier) will be paid on 26 May 2011, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2011. Notice is hereby given that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 12 May 2011 for the preparation of Dividend Warrants. Registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited of 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 no later than 5.00pm on 11 May 2011, will be registered before entitlements to the dividends are determined.
