NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 19 April 2011 for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the Final Dividend to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on or about 8 April 2011 (the "AGM"). Duly completed registerable transfers in respect of the shares in the Company received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services (a division of Tricor Singapore Pte. Ltd.), 8 Cross Street, #11-00 PwC Building, Singapore 048424 up to 5.00 p.m. on 18 April 2011 will be registered to determine members' entitlement to the Final Dividend. Members (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares in the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 18 April 2011 will be entitled to the Final Dividend. The Final Dividend, if approved by the members at the AGM, will be paid on or about 28 April 2011.
