NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of UPP Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 10 May 2011 for the purpose of determination members’ entitlements to the first and final one-tier tax exempt dividend of 0.1 cents per ordinary share (the “Dividend”) for the financial year ended 31 December 2010. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited at 138 Robinson Road #17-00 The Corporate Office Singapore 068906 up to the close of business at 5:00 p.m. on 9 May 2011 will be registered to determine members’ entitlements to the Dividend. The Dividend, if approved by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be paid on 23 May 2011.
