NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Casa Holdings Limited (“the Company”) will be closed on 16 February 2012, for the purpose of determining members’ entitlements to the final tax exempt one-tier dividend of 1.0 cents per share for the financial year ended 30 September 2011 (“Dividend”). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services of 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 p.m. on 15 February 2012 will be registered to determine members’ entitlements to the Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares up to 5.00 p.m. on 15 February 2012 will be entitled to the Dividend and the payment of the dividend will be made on 28 February 2012.
