NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to the shareholders' approval of the payment of a tax exempt (1-tier) final dividend of 5 cents per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2011 (the "Dividend") at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 April 2012, the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 May 2012 for the purpose of determining Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited of 138 Robinson Road, #17-00 The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906, up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 May 2012 will be registered to determine Shareholders' entitlement to the Dividend. In respect of shares in the securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited ("CDP"), the Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the Dividend to holders of the securities accounts.
