NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 8 May 2012, for the purpose of determining members' entitlements to the Final Dividend of 2.0 cents per ordinary share and Special Dividend of 1.0 cent per ordinary (tax-exempt one-tier) for the financial year ending 31 December 2011. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 7 May 2012 will be registered before entitlements to the Proposed Final and Special Dividend are determined. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 7 May 2012 will be entitled to the Proposed Final and Special Dividend.
