The Directors proposed, subject to shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 April 2012, a final ordinary dividend of 6 cents per ordinary share one-tier tax-exempt and a final special dividend of 14 cents per ordinary share one-tier tax-exempt to be paid on 11 May 2012. Notice is hereby given that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed on 30 April 2012.
