The Directors propose, subject to shareholders’ approval at the Annual General Meeting, a final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend of 27 cents per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011 (2010: nil). The recommended final dividend will be payable on 9 May 2012. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company be closed on 26 April 2012 for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders to the recommended final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend of 27 cents. Duly completed registrable transfers of shares received by the Company’s Share Registrar, M & C Services Pte Ltd at 138 Robinson Road #17-00, The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906 up to 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2012 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the final dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 25 April 2012 will be entitled to the recommended final tax exempt (one-tier) dividend.
