Notice is hereby given that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Cogent Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 13 May 2011 for the preparation of dividend warrants of a final dividend of 0.28 cents per share tax exempt (one-tier) (the “Final Dividend”) for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 26 April 2011. Duly completed registrable transfers in respect of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company together with all relevant documents of title received by the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd, 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlement to the Final Dividend. Shareholders whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2011 will be entitled to the Final Dividend. Payment of the Final Dividend will be made on 27 May 2011.
