Notice is hereby given that, the Unit Transfer Books and Register of Unitholders of K-Green Trust ("KGT") will be closed on 10 February 2012 for purposes of determining each Unitholder’s entitlement to the Distribution. Duly completed transfers in respect of units in the capital of KGT received by the Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd, 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower Singapore 048623, up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 February 2012 will be registered to determine Unitholders’ entitlement to the Distribution. Unitholders whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Units at 5.00 pm on 9 February 2012 will be entitled to the Distribution.
