NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 7 March 2012 for the purpose of preparing dividend warrants. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrars, B.A.C.S. Private Limited of 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 6 March 2012 will be registered before entitlements to the Interim Dividend are determined. In respect of shares in securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited (“CDP”), the said Interim Dividend will be paid by the Company to CDP which will distribute the dividend to holders of the securities accounts. The Interim Exempt One-tier Dividend of 0.60 cent per ordinary share will be paid on 16 March 2012.
