NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed from 5.00 pm on 12 December 2012 up to (and including) 13 December 2012 for the purpose of determining the entitlements of holders of fully-paid ordinary shares (“Shares”) in the Company (“Members”) to the first and final (one-tier tax exempt) dividend of S$0.005 per Share for the year ended 31 July 2012 (“FY12 Final Dividend") approved at the Fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's share registrar, B.A.C.S. Private Limited at 63 Cantonment Road, Singapore 089758 up to 5.00 p.m. on 12 December 2012 will be registered before entitlements to the FY12 Final Dividend are determined. Members (being Depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository Pte. Limited are credited with Shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 December 2012 will rank for the FY12 Final Dividend. The FY12 Dividend will be paid on 25 January 2013. The Company has announced the application of the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme to the FY12 Final Dividend. Details are set out in a separate announcement dated 27 November 2012.
