NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to Shareholders’ approval for the proposed first and final dividend of 6 cents tax exempt (one-tier) dividend per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2011, the Register of Transfers and Register of Members will be closed from 3 May 2012 to 4 May 2012, both days inclusive, for the purpose of determining Shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed dividend. Duly completed transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited of 138 Robinson Road #17-00, The Corporate Office, Singapore 068906, up to 5.00 p.m. on 2 May 2012 will be registered to determine Shareholders’ entitlement to the proposed dividend. Shareholders whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with the shares as at 2 May 2012 will be entitled to the proposed dividend. The proposed dividend, if approved by Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 20 April 2012, will be paid on 18 May 2012.
