Have any one look at the Asia Power Corp Financial Statement published in SGX website on 14May, 2012?
ReplyDeleteThe Financial Report looks questionable on page 1 and page 6. Page 1 states that the report is "unaudited". Referring to Page 6 of the financial report,
ReplyDeletethe statement shows that the Dividend paid/payable was stated as RMB 11,106,000 but there were no Dividend paid out this year to the share holders. As compare to last year Dividend paid was RMB 3,629,000 which was much less than this FY, but yet the declared dividend announced for each share was SGD 0.009 ONE-TIER TAX paid on 20May2011 last year to each shareholders. I wonder where does all the RMB 11,106,000 dividend goes to if its not given out to the share holders this year?
