NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, subject to the approval of shareholders to the proposed first and final dividend of S$0.003 for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 being obtained at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2011, the Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 6 May 2011 for the purpose of determining entitlements of ordinary shareholders to the first and final dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m., on 5 May 2011 will be registered before entitlements are determined.
