With reference the notice of book closure date for dividend made on 27 April 2011 (Announcement no. 210), this is to clarify that the record date for the Dividend should be 06-05-2011 (and not 05-05-2011). The date of payment of the Dividend remains unchanged. The Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 9 May 2011 for the purpose of determining entitlements of ordinary shareholders to the first and final dividend. Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place #32-01 Singapore Land Tower Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m., on 6 May 2011 will be registered before entitlements are determined. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m., on 6 May 2011 will be entitled to the proposed first and final dividend.
