NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that subject to approval being obtained at the Annual General Meeting to be held at Meeting Room 311, Level 3, 1 Raffles Boulevard, Suntec City Singapore International Convention Centre, Singapore 039593 on Friday, 29 April 2011 at 10:00 a.m.:- 1.A tax exempt (one-tier) First and Final Dividend of 0.4 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 will be paid on 26 May 2011. 2.The Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 May 2011 for the purpose of determining the shareholders’ entitlement to the dividend. Duly completed and stamped transfers received by the Company’s share registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte Ltd at 50 Raffles Place, Singapore Land Tower #32-01, Singapore 048623 up to 5:00 p.m. on 9 May 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the dividend. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities account with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares in the Company as at 5:00 p.m. on 9 May 2011 will be entitled to the dividend.
