NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Foreland Fabrictech Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed on 13 May 2011 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the final (one-tier tax exempt) dividend of RMB 2 cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 ("FY10 Final Dividend"). Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Transfer Agent, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2011 will be registered before shareholders’ entitlements to the FY10 Final Dividend are determined. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 12 May 2011 will be entitled to the FY10 Final Dividend. The Company has announced the application of the Foreland Fabrictech Holdings Limited Scrip Dividend Scheme to the FY10 Final Dividend. Details are set out in a separate announcement dated 28 April 2011. The FY10 Final Dividend will be paid on or about 27 June 2011.
