Duly completed registrable transfers received by the Company’s Share Registrar, KCK CorpServe Pte. Ltd., 333 North Bridge Road, #08-00 KH KEA Building, Singapore up to 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2011 will be registered to determine shareholders’ entitlements to the said Final Dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd are credited with shares in the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2011 will be entitled to the abovementioned dividends.
